At LifeSTEPS, the health and safety of our employees, partners, and clients is a top priority. Keeping this in mind, we are taking additional steps to be extra vigilant and proactive amid peak flu season and growing concerns regarding COVID-19. We will continue to deliver programs and services at our sites to ensure we are meeting the changing needs of our clients including families, children, and seniors as well as maintaining contractual compliance. Our staff is engaging in door to door outreach to provide our case management services, and if we cannot access a site in person, phone calls are being made to clients to deliver essential information and to ensure they are connected. Continued service delivery is especially critical with our more vulnerable populations. In addition, LifeSTEPS is working closely with property managers to customize service delivery based on the needs of each site. As noted, we will continue to be proactive, keeping the health and safety of our staff, partners, and clients at the forefront.
