The event brought together generous donors, dedicated USA Properties employees, and committed supporters for a night filled with philanthropy and purpose.

The twin sisters, current recipients of the academic scholarship, joined their mother on stage to share their journey. Thanks to the support of attendees, the JB Brown Fund has reached a significant milestone—raising a total of $2 million since its inception. This remarkable achievement will allow the Fund to continue providing scholarships and grants to over 1,500 USA Properties residents, empowering them to pursue educational goals, participate in youth sports, and navigate financial challenges.

The JB Brown Fund operates in partnership with LifeSTEPS, ensuring that every dollar raised goes directly to support the residents of affordable housing communities. With the full underwriting by USA Properties Fund, 100% of all sponsorships and donations will directly impact the lives of those served by the Fund.
