Rachel Roguski Appointed as Director of Supportive Housing and Health Services at LifeSTEPS

Sacramento, California – LifeSTEPS is proud to announce the appointment of Rachel Roguski as the new Director of Supportive Housing and Health Services. With over seven years of dedicated service to LifeSTEPS, Rachel brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, and passion to her new role.

Rachel’s journey with LifeSTEPS began as a Resident Services Director in Affordable Housing. Her dedication and commitment saw her rapidly advance through various roles within the organization, including Supervisor and Regional Director, before assuming her current position. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brandman University, which has equipped her with extensive skills in social services and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Throughout her career, Rachel has excelled in fostering strong relationships with housing authorities, county agencies, and housing developers, ensuring the success of LifeSTEPS’ programs. In her new role as Director of Supportive Housing and Health Services, Rachel is committed to expanding the reach and impact of LifeSTEPS’ programs across California. She will focus on building sustainable and effective supportive housing and health services while continuing to cultivate impactful relationships that benefit the communities we serve.
